If anyone knows there gun laws know those shots to the back might be the reason the dad goes to jail because his back was turned he was unarmed he was fleeing and especially if those were the killing shots so if he’s tried by a court of anti-gun jurors he might get 10 year at the least so it’s still a case

Depends where they live. Maybe Texas or Florida he is good. Anywhere else if your life is not 100 percent threatened meaning you are cornered and have no escape. You are going to jail!
